Welcome to the Bluebonnet Hills Alpaca Ranch online store. We have sold these wonderful alpaca and alpaca related products in our physical stores and at events for over 15 years. At the request of many of our customers we are adding the online store as an option to purchase our products. We will continue to add products, but at this point we do not plan to add size specific products such as our alpaca sweaters, coats, gloves, etc. If by chance you are interested in any of our size specific products and tried them on at one of our stores or an event, please contact us by email at info@bbhalpacas.com, and we can possibly make those available to you in our online store. We work diligently with the talented artisans in Peru to develop and produce our products that are not made here at the ranch. Our close work with the people of Peru has allowed us to produce top quality products at the best prices while maintaining social responsibility to the Peruvian artisans.

Store Policies:
- Payment is through PayPal and customers may use a credit/debit card without a PayPal account.
- At this point, we are selling only to customers with shipping addresses in the United States.
- Generally, products will ship by the next day and will be sent via USPS. If we are away from the ranch and unable to ship within our normal guidelines, we will always post that delay on the website. We thank you in advance for your understanding and patience as there are times when we are at alpaca events or fiber arts events and will be unable to ship as stated.
- Unless otherwise specified, shipping is included in the price of the item.
